First Lady Marcietia Simmons Glenn is the wife of Bishop Gerald O. Glenn, Pastor and Founder of the New Deliverance Evangelistic Church.  She is the mother of five children: three daughters and two sons.  With great joy, she balances being a wife, mother, nana, First Lady, counselor and friend. Lady Glenn has been involved in Christian ministry her entire adult life and has served faithfully alongside her husband since their marriage.

Lady Glenn currently serves as the Executive Director of the New Deliverance Christian Academy, Deaconess, and President of the Women’s Ministry at NDEC.  God has anointed and blessed her with a ministry of deliverance among women. Lady Glenn is a “diamond in the rough.”  God has raised up this vessel for “such a time as this” to bring healing and deliverance to hurting women.

She has been through many fires in her life, but just like a “diamond”, the more pressure that is applied, the better that “diamond” will become.  Lady Glenn knows what it is to be called a survivalist.  For she has been “troubled on every side, yet not distressed, perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted but not forsaken; cast down but not destroyed.”  (II Corinthians 4:8-9).  And she knows that “NO WEAPON THAT IS FORMED AGAINST HER WILL BE ABLE TO PROSPER” for God is her Commander-in-Chief.

Lady Glenn shares her many life’s experiences with women everywhere.  Through her teachings, the women of NDEC and community have been tremendously blessed.
